SKIA is starting its second season.

For the second time SKIA - the publishers for shade - is presenting beautiful shade-makers as part of the Passagen exhibition event. Like last year, they can be seen from January 17-23, 2005, parallel to the International Furniture Fair in Cologne, at Spichern Höfe.

SKIA shade-makers win the world’s oldest design award.

In January 2005, one year after the first official presentation of Camerarius (design: Patrick Frey and Markus Boge, Hannover), a shade-maker from SKIA will be adorned with a design award in Chicago, USA.

Press Release | Premiere in Cologne: SKIA at Spichern Höfe

SKIA is celebrating a premiere in Cologne during PASSAGEN (January 19 ? 25, 2004). Up-and-coming designers have proven it: Shade, ignored by the design world so far, can in fact be designed. SKIA GmbH Deutschland’s products will be presented by the business magazine brand eins. The patron of the premiere is furniture producer Nils Holger Moormann.
